In this role you will be trained to complete a range of interior and exterior marine projects.
To be successful in this role you need to:
• be physically fit (you will be sanding and boarding)
• have shown the ability to learn and follow instructions
• offer a commitment and desire to work to high-quality standards
• have demonstrated the ability to use hand tools safely
• availability for overtime work (including weekends)
You may come to this role with experience working on a variety of interior and exterior marine projects. You may already be knowledgeable about paint processes, products, materials and tools. Alternatively, you may come from a related industry – automotive painting, coach painting, aircraft painting or house painting. Either way, you will need to demonstrate a genuine commitment to the continuous improvement of your designated tasks your abilities.
